Guest Service Satisfaction Policy

 

We strive to give each and every guest the best possible experience and end result that is desired and agreed upon at the beginning of the service.  However, we do understand that sometimes the end result is not what was desired

If at the time, or end of the service, or within 3 days of service, you find that you are dissatisfied with the end result of agreed upon service, we are happy to offer you two solutions:

  1. A complimentary service edit with the same stylist to alter the hair to achieve a result that is as close as possible to the original agreed upon service

AND/OR

  1.  A referral to a seasoned stylist who may be able to get your results closer to agreed upon desired result.         

We do NOT offer refunds on services.  

 

If you are dissatisfied with any of the product you purchased for home care from our Salon Company, we do offer a 30 day return policy.  If the product is heavily used, it will not be returned, however, if it is barely unused within reason or it is damaged, we are happy to offer an equal exchange or a full refund.
